Only what is real

Production data is acquired by the system in "real time" (TPM PRO Comm)
To get this, there are many drivers and interfaces that connects with PLC's or with discrete sensors, normally found at the installed counters. So, data about produced quantities, stoppages, worked and elapsed times are processed without operator assistance and free of error.


Operators only document the process as it is changing at PC which is close to the machine or in the environment (TPM PRO Workstation).
Data is then registered at a relational database and can be monitored "on line" (TPM PRO Moniop) and deeply analyzed by (TPM PRO Analyst) giving service to the whole enterprise and eliminating paperwork.

Moniop

Operative Monitor (Moniop) lets you watch the status of factory's resources since machines to operators in "real time".


It simplifies the Work Order scheduling and it is able to inform, typing a Purchase Order number or a WO number, at which stage of the process it is, when the order will be finished, etc., as soon as the Sales people normally use it to answer client's telephone calls.

TPM PRO Analyst

TPM PRO Analyst was designed to let you know how was the performance of your factory at different time intervals.


It is possible to watch everything what happened during a month, a day, an hour and at any other interval including what have jus happened one minute ago.


It has an area to display graphics like Stoppages Times, Pareto, Total Times, Produced Quantities along the time, etc.
You may select any subset of data like machines, RM lots, operators, etc and any combination among headers and fields.
Once filtered, results are shown at a Summary Report or exported to MS EXCEL.


Summaries, Reports and Graphics beside to show the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPI) allow to create new ones and customize to match user's necessities.

TPM PRO Workstation


TPM PRO Workstation makes operator job easier giving them links to access all documents related to the current product or order. It reduces or eliminates the folders that travel with the work orders.


It provides an easy way to enter data and to exactly document the processes as soon as any new is present.

It helps operators to perform Autonomous Maintenance with a relational database where they can find Incidents, Causes, Disposals and Corrective Actions registered from previous experiences.

 It is not required one PC to each machine. It is only necessary that the workstation stays in the production line environment.
